Psychics perceive information, while mediums receive information. During a psychic reading the energy of the person may be read for past, present, and potential future. During a mediumship session a medium will connect with a loved one in spirit and bring through information that they otherwise would not know. It is very normal to be nervous before a reading. If possible, it is best to come with an open mind, open heart, and relaxed body, as this will allow for energy to flow more freely and for information to be received. Readings are always done for the greatest good, for the highest purpose, and with gratitude. Prior to your reading, you may write down any questions and think about anyone you may want to hear from. Please note that readings do not replace any type of medical care.
Set your intention. What do you hope to gain from this session? It helps to wear loose comfortable clothing. Let go of expectations in order to allow your energy body to be as receptive as possible. Energy can be best received with an open heart and a willingness to surrender. During a session, an intake will be done to check in with your intentions and reasons for energy healing. You are welcome to share anything that is relevant. Energy work will be done on a massage table, fully clothed for the session. Practitioner will connect with your energy field and then do the work that was discussed. Session may include placing gentle hands on energy centers or areas that need attention. Practitioner will also do work in and around the energy field. Everyone experiences energy differently, and you may feel various energetic sensations, deep relaxation, subtle emotional releases, insight, and more. As the energy flows, it works to clear blockages and restore the natural energy flow of your body. Practitioner will let you know when the session is closing. Post session, there will be time to share anything from the session if you wish and any intuitive messages received during the session. For any long distance session, find a place where you will not be disturbed. You can lay down, sit in a chair, or however you feel comfortable. After any session, energy healing can continue to unfold. Be gentle with yourself, hydrate, pay attention to your body and any shifts. You may also journal anything that comes through in the days after. Please note that energy sessions do not replace any type of medical care.

Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
The practitioner will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet or towel.
A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders.
You will be properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
A relaxing Swedish massage is often a baseline for clients. In a general Swedish massage, your session may start with broad, flowing strokes that will help calm your nervous system and relax exterior muscle tension. As your body becomes relaxed, pressure will gradually be increased to relax specific areas and relieve areas of muscular tension. Often, a light oil or lotion is used to allow your muscles to be massaged without causing excessive friction to the skin. The oil also helps hydrate your skin. You should communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Massage and bodywork are most effective when your body is not resisting
There are numerous types of massage and bodywork; various techniques utilize different strokes, including basic rubbing strokes, rocking movement, posture and movement re-education, application of pressure to specific points, and more. We can discuss which methods may be most appropriate for you.

Prior to the massage, feel free to ask the practitioner any questions about the technique or the upcoming session. During the massage, make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else relevant to the session. If you have any questions regarding the session or about the particular technique you are receiving, feel free to ask.
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days.
